At The Mixing Belle, every order is made fresh to order with care, creativity, and attention to detail. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers, please review the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm all custom cake and dessert orders.
Orders are not considered booked until the deposit has been received.
The deposit guarantees your event date and allows us to begin planning and purchasing supplies.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before pickup or delivery.
Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations

14+ Days Notice: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may transfer the deposit as a credit toward a future order, valid for 6 months.
8–13 Days Notice: Cancellations within this window will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
7 Days or Less: The full order amount will be forfeited, as supplies will have been purchased and preparation may already be in progress.

Order Changes

Requests for changes (flavor, size, design, pickup date/time) must be submitted no later than 12 days before the event.
Changes are not guaranteed but will be accommodated whenever possible.
Additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.

Refunds

All deposits and final payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our products.
In the unlikely event that The Mixing Belle is unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with design, color, or flavor if these preferences were approved at booking.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times are scheduled at the time of booking. Please arrive promptly to ensure product freshness and quality.
Delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery times must be confirmed in advance.
Once products leave our care (pickup or delivery), The Mixing Belle is not responsible for damage, mishandling, or improper storage.

Storage & Handling

Cakes and desserts should be transported on a flat surface, preferably in an air-conditioned vehicle.
Keep products refrigerated until 1–2 hours before serving for the best taste and presentation.
The Mixing Belle is not responsible for products that are damaged due to improper handling or storage after pickup or delivery.

Agreement

By placing an order with The Mixing Belle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
